Pure Life Development’s goal is to work with what nature has generously given and to preserve it as best we can, while allowing you to enjoy a rich experience at the same time. We always do our best to not over develop. Nature should always remain the “main attraction”.
Our objective is to take small parcels of land and turn them in to quaint communities, that fit in with there surroundings. We also will buy and build in existing, well know communities, that meet our stringent standards. Last but not least, we will renovate select properties that have that “special something”. With more than 12 years experience, you can rest assured; our products will be of the highest standard.
At Pure Life Development, we are interested in building “Green”. We will always use products that are available which are “Green”, recycled, or are energy efficient. That is how we plan to help keep Costa Rica just how it is, paradise, your paradise.
Vacation Rentals
Because we know how difficult it can be to find “just the right place”, we offer a sanctuary in paradise. If you want a true Costa Rican experience, it will best be found off the beaten path, not in a all inclusive resort. We have select rental properties that will meet all your needs. Pequeno Paraiso, one of our properties which consist of a large two bedroom house with pool and rancho. Also on the same property is a two bedroom cottage.
Located in Atenas, you are only 25 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to the capital San Jose. This property is situated in a gated community, on one acre of land with breathtaking views of the central valley. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with nature at your front door. Sit on your porch and watch the hummingbirds, butterflies, toucans, and other exotic species feed in the morning.
You are within arms reach of many wonderful attractions, like Volcan Poas, Volcan Irazu, La Paz Water Falls and Butterfly gardens, just to name a few. Several beaches are within one hours drive. Do not wait any longer. Come now, you deserve it.

Building a home can be a challenge anywhere, but even more so in a forgien counrty. Rules are different everywhere you go. What is industry standard at home may not be the standard here. If you are planning on constructing a home without being in the country consult with us to explore options of helping you make your experience the best in can be. We try hard to meet every need that our client may have. With our commitment to be as a"GREEN" as possible, we have teamed up with Mapache Rent a Car, a certified carbon nutural rental car company. We also offer in house cell phone rentals. Remember, we are here for you!
Investment Opportunites
We are always looking for investors who want secure and stable investments. We will be happy to explain the process to you, and show you first hand, projects that are in the works. Returns are generally 10-12% depending on the investment. For larger investments, a percentage of the total profit can be negotiated. Contact us for more details.
